For your information and guidance , attached is a copy of the decision of the Court En Banc datrd 30 March 2006, in Administrative Case No. 6160 entitled, "Nestor Perez vs. Atty. Danilo De La Torre" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Danilo De La Torre from the practice of law of three (3) years, effective upon receipt of the decision.

The decision was received by the respondent on 12 April 2006.
